When: within 30min after exercise. 

Dosage:
After low intensity exercise: 1 scoop with 250ml of water
After moderate intensity exercise: 2 scoops with 500ml of water
After high intensity exercise: 3 scoops with 750ml of water

In case of high temperature/less intense taste: add more water.
